Moong Dal Dhuli : 1 cup
Ragi: ½ Cup
Wheat flour: 1 cup
Olive Oil: 1 teaspoon
Tomato: 1 large (grate)
Onion: 1(small, chopped)
Methi Leaves: 1/2 cup (chopped)
Salt: As per taste
Black Pepper
Boil Moong Dhuli Dal (can use last night's leftover also)
Mix Wheat & Ragi flour with boiled Dal.
Put Chopped Onion, Crushed Tomato, and Chopped Methi leaves with the above mixture of Dal & Flour
Add Salt, Pepper, and Ajwain in it & kneed the Atta together.
Keep the mixture aside for 15 mins & then make chapatti.
