Overnight oats offer a range of health benefits, due to their rich fibre and protein content. They also contain a number of vitamins and minerals, some of which include manganese, phosphorus, magnesium, copper, iron and zinc. Strawberry: 10
Dates Dry: 3-4
Curd: 80gm/ (Almond Milk: 50ml)
Oats: 40gm (use Rolled Oats)
Chia seeds: 2table spoon
Coconut: 2tsp (shredded)
Mix Berries: 8-10(optional)
Put oats, and chia seeds in curd and dip overnight.
Grind the 4-5 Strawberries in a blender.
Now put 4-5 strawberries + Dates in a blender and blend them separately.
Now next day Put the Dates strawberry Layer in a glass jar, then put the curd oats layer, now top the pudding with a plain strawberry layer, garnish it with coconut & cut strawberries or Blueberries.
Serve it, Chill.
