Ingredients:
Wheat Flour: 50gm
Besan/ Gram Flour: 50 gm
Onion: 1 Small
Tomato: 2 Grated
Methi Leaves: 8-10 pcs
Ajwain, Salt & Pepper
Method:
Mix both the Atta + Besan Flour
Add Chopped Onion, Grated Tomato, and Methi Leaves.
Add Ajwain, Salt, and Pepper & Kneed the Atta kept aside for ½ hour.
Prepare the Chapatti + Curd
